Security deposit:

- There is a deposit of €120.00. It will be returned within a maximum of 14 days after the check-out date (after inspection of the accommodation). If damage has occurred, the cost of restitution will be deducted from said Security Deposit. If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the Security Deposit, the customer will still be responsible for the excess.


Cancellation Policy:

- If the customer cancels up to 14 days before the check-in date, the cancellation fee will be the cost of the first night.

- If the customer cancels within 14 days before the check-in date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total reservation amount.
